The Gladstone Ports Corporation Learn to Fish Lessons will be held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Participants will learn about sustainable fishing methods and also get to take home their own fishing rod and reel.

Gather your girlfriends and join us for fishing, laughter, and sipping by the water.
Back for its second year at the 2025 event, is the Ladies Fish & Sip sessions running Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Hosted by a selection of VIP fishing guests from Shimano, to create a fun and friendly atmosphere, participants will learn all the basics to get out on the water.
Bring along your favourite sip to accompany the provided platters and learn how to tie the perfect knot, take part in interactive casting demonstrations and pick up some handy fishing tips while enjoying the scenery of this beautiful patch of Central Queensland coastline.
